Access to a car park was very helpful. Glenda was extremely helpful at all times. One of the best apartments we stayed in during our European trip. Highly recommended!!

Everything !! Location was fantastic the apartment was stocked with fresh fruit food and drinks , wine and beers you didn’t need to go shopping . It was immaculately cleaned . The host Glenda could not do enough for you .

I liked everything. It felt like we're in a comfortable home away from our home. All exceeded our expectations, especially with the care and services of Glenda, the flat owner. She was really amazing and I think this was the best experience we've ever had.

EVERYTHING! This was by far our favourite accomodation experience of our 4 week trip to Italy. The apartment was spacious and so comfortable. We loved sitting out on the little balcony each morning and having a coffee and listening to the church bells. What an amazing way to start the day. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. The location was excellent too and very central to all cafes/bars. Now onto Glenda and the level of care and service she provided! Even before our arrival the communication was excellent, when we arrived Glenda had organised a parking spot for our car and met us there with her Father who then drove his car with our luggage to the apartment. The amount of food and wine provided was mind blowing and we enjoyed eating breakfast in the apartment daily. This was the only apartment where we stayed in for breakfast and came home early as we wanted to spend more time in then out! To note, La Spezia is also a great base to explore Cinque Terre and we really loved the area, it is an easy 10/15 walk to the train station for stops to CT. Glenda also helped us with checkout assistance and helped us with our bags to get back to our car. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this apartment and our lovely host Glenda. Our group are still talking about our stay here a week later! I would absolutely not consider staying anywhere else.

“Amazing apartment that need some very little enhancements.”

The fridge was full of EVERYTHING (coffee, fresh fruits, milk, yogurts, marmalades, honey, many bottles of water, juices, wines etc.), so we every morning had an excellent breakfast at the balcony with a nice view from the 7th floor ! In case that you want/need anything else, there is a big Super Market, just outside of the building front door. Also - except the coffee maker - there was a toaster. Recycling boxes in the kitchen. Bathrobes, slippers and many toiletries in the nice bathroom. Excellent and so polite homeowner, offered us a transfer to the train station (many thanks to her mother!)

Wonderful apartment with loads of space, very well appointed and a lots of food and wine, and many teas to choose from. Great central location and easy Wal King distance to station and port. Glenda was a very helpful host especially helping with transfers from Pisa airport late at night.

I have travelled a lot of places in my time but this apartment was beyond what we expected.. great location, very clean, fridge full of food and drinks.. the apartment had everything.. Glenda was the perfect host and gave us lots of information about the area.. even collected us from the train station.. we would highly recommend Settimo piano

It was an amazing stay! Glenda is an excellent host, apartments are even better than on the pictures. We were met with nice snacks, food and drinks ready, which really helped us not to worry about the breakfast for the morning. You have literally everything in this apartment to have a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent and very quick. We are very grateful for such an experience and service. It was really a place we were looking to come back to in the evening.

When you travel, you meet lots of hosts. Sometimes you meet great hosts, but then there is Glenda..the most wonderful person you could ever hope to meet.. nothing was too much trouble. Everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, in the best location, fully equipped with everything you could ever need for the perfect stay. wine, coffee, biscuits, and more...
