“Fantastic appartment with great view”

Comfortable spacious appartment with a fantastic view over the bay of La Spezia. Private parking, balcony with view over La Spezia, additional private terrasse on the other side of the appartment, where we could also park our ebikes. Francesca, the host, gave us a warm welcome and helpful tips for our holiday.

“Great view”

Everything was perfect! The apartment fully matched the photos. The view from the window was stunning. We especially appreciated having two terraces — it was great to be able to switch between them depending on the sun throughout the day. Very spacious, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. The area is peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

Family of four for two nights. To keep it brief, it was perfect in every way. Really good beds and everything is tip top. I will recommend this apartment to any of my friends or family if they are planning a trip to La Spezia Now, the longer version. The apartment seems recent, so everything is in excellent condition. The first thing I felt l, when I walked through the door, was as if I was coming home. It was very bright and well organised. The apartment is very welcoming, everything meticulously arranged. You have wireless chargers in the bedroom and in the living room (where there is a sleeping couch). The kitchen has everything you need, even salt, pepper, cooking oil so you don't need to go and buy that if you are going to stay for a few days. The refrigerator is large (2m), so you won't be cramped for space and a big freezer. Now, there is a veranda on the eastern side of the apartment which you enter from the bedroom. On the opposite site is a balcony with a wonderful view over the Gulf of Poets. I sat there with my morning coffee and just enjoyed it and in the afternoon to relax with a beer and do some reading. You have screens on the balcony and veranda so you can keep the doors open and not fear of insects crawling in. The bedroom is spacious so you won't have trouble with your bags. For the first time, close to the end of my two week trip, I slept in a bed that's on par with my own at home. The bathroom is, again, just perfect. The washing machine is a good model and it's kept inside a cabinet (is that the right word?) So you can just close the door to it when it's working so you hear even less. To conclude: Francesca, the owner, was in good contact with us and helped us organise a boat to Cinque Terre trip, which was unforgettable and highly recommended. The same goes for this apartment. I will for sure try to stay there again if I go to La Spezia for another trip.

“Amazing view!”

The view from the apartment is AMAZING! Dinner on the patio with the spectacular view was wonderful. It was also a nice touch having a TV in the living room as well as the bedroom.

Summary above says it all. In general a very nice, spacious and comfortable place. Excellent host, friendly, caring and efficient.

This is an excellent property. All the rooms are spacious and well equipped. I stayed for a week over the winter and I needed nothing. The decor is lovely and welcoming with nice touches. It is a light filled and airy apartment.

Big and clean apartment with a great bed and all the comforts. Every detail is taken care of. Beautiful view over the harbor. One of the best places we have stayed at.

Super great and clean apartment with a super view of the sea. The hostess is super nice and everything worked out great. We would come here again at any time.

The appartment is wowwwww, well modern decorated, private parking , close to the villages on the mountains and to the city of la spezia. We enjoyed every minute , loved the gorgious view , and highly recommand for enyone 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

“Beautiful sea view of La Spezia”

The view from the apartment is stunning, I honestly booked it because it was a modern place with a beautiful sea view, that is all I cared about. The apartment is spacious, has good natural light, and modern furniture. Wireless phone chargers in the room are available. Also, they provide a phone during your stay to make national and international calls for free. Overall great experience, needs to do a few improvements and it would be perfect!
