Overview
Set in La Spezia centre, Residenza Viani is 10 minutes' walk from the marina with boat links to the Cinque Terre National Park. Its modern rooms come with wooden floors and a plasma-screen TV. Each room at the Viani Guest House is air conditioned and features a minibar. Some rooms overlook the garden. The property is 100 metres from La Spezia's Maritime Museum. Guests can catch boats to Portovenere, Lerici and Palmaria Island from the nearby harbour. La Spezia Station is a 15-minute walk away. Guests can park their car in the public car park located 1 km away, and then take the free shuttle to the Viani.

“Excellent location for sightseeing”
It was a grand building overlooking the park A five minute walk to the port for the boats and also close to the shopping street and restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the castle. Romi was very helpful and let us leave our bags there after check out. Everything was as expected.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady recommended places for us to visit that were not in our plan, but turned out to be the best. The location is perfect, with many cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The rooms were very clean, and they were cleaned every day during our stay.

Fantastic stay. Excellent room which was very spacious. The Owner provided great communication prior to our stay. Really good, central location close to restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

I had a great stay at this guesthouse. It’s in a very good location, close to the city center. Everything was very clean and well-kept. The host welcomed us warmly and was very kind — she even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. Just be aware that there is an extra fee for late check-in.

The location is great, right in the city center, well connected with transport, surrounded by ameties, you have a park right in front the door. The room was very spacious and comfortable, clean, honestly beyond what we expected for the price laid. the host was super kind, welcoming and helpful.
