Great location. Pina was a fantastic host. Easily contactable and bends over backwards to help with any question. Supermarket just around the corner. A ten minute walk to town and railway station.

The host - Thank you Pina for your responsiveness. The location - 10 minutes walking distance to the station and a Coop around the corner. Facilities - basically whatever you need is available and a cloth hanging rack is inside the storeroom. Note: coffee machine is available. If you need a kettle, perhaps check with Pina upfront? We didn't need one.

I really liked everything. The parking was very convenient, and the apartment was very cozy and comfortable. I was very satisfied with my stay and I can confidently rate everything 10 out of 10.

The place was great! The host was amazing, loved her vibe. She was super helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the place to everyone wanting to explore the Liguria region!

the entire experience was fabulous, very comfortable accommodation with attention to detail to what travellers need, place was better than photos so was good surprise. only negative was fridge did not appear to be keeping things cold. All else fantastic!

Like the apartment, it's at a strategic location around 10 minutes from train station, Pina is very friendly and show us where to visit in La Spezia and provide me the info to Cinqur Terre.

Good location. 15 minutes away from the train station. There is a grocery store, an ice cream shop and a pizzeria nearby. The apartments had everything you needed.

Clean, great location and a friendly, caring, helpful host. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Basket full of breakfast and snack items. Fridge with juice,water, milk and yoghurt. It’s on 8th floor but has a elevator and great views of the city. Highly recommend.

Close to the transport to Cinque Terre, Very comfortable apartment, everything you need and plenty of room. Great views over the city. Once you found parking it was free and you could stay as long as you wanted.

Everything is the best. The facilities are better than the photos, neat and comfortable. The host was very friendly and prepared a lot of simple breakfasts. There really is no better place than here. I recommend you go there.

Due to my data problem, I couldn't contact you in advance and was about 2 hours late, but I was very grateful for your patience. I am still grateful that the host waited for me for more than 2 hours on a rainy day. The space was comfortable as the bedroom, kitchen, and living room were all separated.

Pina, our host was always available via whatapp and is a lovely lady who went out of her way to help us enjoy our stay in La Spezia. The apartment was comfortable and close to the train station and the old town.
