It was really close to the train station and city center which was great, the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean, there were 2 glasses of wine for us in the fridge and we considered it was thoughtful from the host, we appreciated it. The bathroom and the floors could’ve been cleaner, but overall a good location and good value for money.

Absolutely loved staying here, it’s 6mins away from train station. We had one of the biggest room with bathroom attached, super clean and new. Our host Alessandro was amazing and went out of his way to pick us up when we got lost. We loved this town and had some of the best food!

Great location to train station and centre. Great modern room, with an external private bathroom across the hallway. Check in instructions were very easy to follow and Alessandro provided us with information of how we can spend our time in La Spezia.

The owner is perfect! He provided us free service: 2 hours earlier check-in+ print flight tickets! He texted us many times before we check-in! He is really friendly! The location is great! The room is clean! He made our 7-year anniversary happier!

Really central location, couple minute walk from the train station and the rooms are new and perfect for what we were looking for!! Would highly recommend to anyone.
