We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Apartma Olivium, using it as our base for exploring the beautiful Cinque Terre. From the moment we arrived, Nicola and Alessandra made us feel genuinely welcome — warm, attentive, and always happy to help with local tips or any questions we had. Their hospitality truly made the difference. The apartment was spotlessly clean, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear the hosts take real pride in the space they offer. The location is peaceful and quiet — perfect for unwinding after long days of hiking and sightseeing. The pool was a nice bonus too — even though it was only the 1st of May and the water was still quite cold, the owner had already prepared it for the season. Lovely location, beautiful view and nature surrounding the accomodation. Nicola and all of the staff (Alessandra in particular) were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome and the cat, Gatto was veeeeeeery sweet and also welcomed us 😉😉

“Fabulous property and location”

Our stay at Olivium was fantastic. We booked a week so that we could visit the Cinque Terre and other beautiful places nearby. We also rested and recharged at the property relaxing by the pool and evening walks in the forest. Our hosts Nicola and Alessandra were wonderful and so welcoming and helpful. The apartments are spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful place. We will be back.

“Great place to stay and visist Cinque Terre”

The property looks way better than in photos:) the view and surroundings are incredible! The villa is very cute, apartments are simple but very well equipmented. Wonderfull olives sidehills all around! The staff was also VERY helpfull and nice, we really felt very important for them:)

Olivium is an exceptional retreat. From the moment we made the reservation to the time we checked out, Nicola, the owner, and Alessandra, his employee, went out of their way to make our stay one to remember. The residence is located just outside of La Spezia on top of a mountain overlooking the bay, providing a spectacular panoramic scenic view. The apartment was spacious and clean and contained everything you'd need for a short or long stay. We would definitely come back here.

A beautiful mountain residence with stunning sunrises and sunsets. Quiet and peaceful. The host welcomed us warmly and was available when needed.

Excellent!!! My wife and I stayed for 6 nights here and loved every minute. Good sized clean room with it's own private patio area with table and chairs, but the great facilities don't end there. Access to the large roof terrace with seating and a fantastic view down the valley to La Spezia and the sea. Then there is the swimming pool and sun lounging area, perfect to relax, chill out and take a nice refreshing dip after a days sightseeing. The hosts are great and full of useful information to make your stay the best visit possible. You do need a car really , but that is not a problem with hire cars readily available in La Spezia and the surrounding area. Local beaches are a short journey and so are the supermarkets . Fantastic place and we would highly recommend.

The place is amazing. calm. Very very fun and pleasant atmosphere. The owner, Nicola, is wonderful. Welcoming and even hosted us in his private kitchen and helped us with what we asked for. The B&B itself is excellent, clean, well-equipped, everything is excellent. Highly recommend. We will return to Nicola for sure.

Great Location , fabulous pool and friendly staff.

Olivium was one of the best accommodations we have ever been to. Clean and comfortable rooms, spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen made our stay very enjoyable. The room are very clean, The swimming pool are beautiful. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Overall I m very happy with my stay. I also love the olive oil that they fabricate very tasty.

“Comfortable and cozy stay in La Spezia”

It was a very nice and comfortable stay. We loved the pool and the area around the apartment - you basically stay in an olive garden surrounded by nature. Alessandra was also very organised and left all the instructions for our late check-in. She was also there for all questions we had and was very helpful and easy to talk to. It was a very comfortable stay in La Spezia, perfect to explore the region if you come by car.
