The location is excellent, being both an easy walk to the station as well as perfectly situated for good restaurants and the local market. The suite was spacious and, despite its central location, undisturbed by road noise. The cleaning staff were friendly, kept the place spotless, and anticipated our every need.

Wow!! What a pleasure and the location Fantastic the rooms were big, beautiful and well appointed. I had wished that I had booked both nights here however that was my bad. Access was easy and very fluid and the staff were just lovely and so helpful. I really cannot give enough praise to this establishment they went above and beyond our expectations. A denote must stay here again.

Gaining access was difficult, albeit we only booked hours before. Once inside, the key safe was permanently open for anyone to access

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at these apartments in La Spezia. The space is very large and comfortable, with a high-quality, modern renovation throughout. Everything feels fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully designed.

It was so much clean and quiet place.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Great set up with coffee and tea and it was a great space. Good location to the train station and downtown.

A beautifully modern renovated apartment located on the top floor, it has some great views of the mountains from a rooftop common area. Overall a very pleasant day.

Some basic amenities were missing like not even disposable slippers The rooms are not soundproof at all, we could hear noise from the room next to ours and even the main door opening downstairs on lower level (considering we stayed at one level above) The room height was also a problem. My partner is 6ft and had to stoop a little in the toilet. It would help if the hotel mentioned this in the booking. One night the water heater wasn't work, which was terrible experience.

The property had been newly renovated, it was a very nice and spacious room. The bed was very comfortable.The bathroom was large and very nicely finished.. Oh and also a Large Samsung Tv and all the appliances you could require. Parking directly across was also free which was nice.

Location close to the historic center. Spacious and quiet room. Cleanliness of the room. Friendly housekeeping staff. They were kind enough to carry our suitcase upstairs to the room.

The location is absolutely prime as you are right off the center with all commodities and places to eat. Also near the beach as well as the train station in La SPEZIA. Truly accommodating and the building has an elevator plus easy and secure way to access it
