“Great stay, exceptional host and would recommend.”

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable with good AC and a large bed, and everything you could need (some toiletries: shower gel, cap, shampoo & water/juice in fridge, with coffee machine). The location is good, but keep in mind it’s a 25 minute walk to the station - easily done. Close to lots of shops, bars, restaurants in the town (c. 10 minutes walk). Didn’t notice the noise that other reviews have mentioned, but it is near to a hospital. The host Cristian was spectacular, he helped us with any issues, was extremely responsive and truly professional.

Lovely bedroom in the heart of La Spezia, and super conveniently located between the two main train stations. The accomodation managers were lovely and always ready to help on WhatsApp!

Comfortable room, very good bed, and impeccable cleanliness. The location is central, with parking available nearby. For those who want to visit Cinque Terre and stay in La Spezia, this is an excellent option. Cristian is very helpful, attentive, and always available to meet our needs. The check-in process is fully automated, so having a good internet connection is important, but Cristian makes sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommended!

“Very pleasant stay, nice room”

I had a very nice stay and recommend this place, I will come back. Room was nice, I loved that it had a small fridge and some drinks provided. The wifi was good and Netflix worked fine. The bathroom was nice and regularly cleaned, small toiletries provided, spacious shower. The location is a bit loud (cars, ambulances), but there were earplugs, which was nice. Breakfast was in a cafe across the street (delicious focaccias!), you will have vouchers in the room. Supermarket and various shops nearby. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and enjoyed my stay! Just be aware that there is no reception desk and you need to have internet on your phone to open all the doors in the building (you will be sent all details by the hosts, everything was smooth and worked fine).

“Great apartment for a short stay”

Good location, easy access to bakeries, cafes, restaurants and transport. Clean and comfortable, coffee machine and kettle provided. Easy to access via the internet, one click opened the external door and another to the apartment. Not too touristy in the direct area but within walking distance of the city centre. The train station was a 25 minute walk but there was a bus stop near the property with good bus links. Wouk’s stay again

Good location, if you want to stay away from the crowds. Comfortable room. Small breakfast (basically a pastry and coffee) is in the cafe across the road, and the host provides a coupon for this.

Every detail was taken care of, the room was cristal clean, just like in the pictures or even better!

The apartment had a modern feel, great aircon, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed! Something we really appreciated as two young females was how secure the apartment felt. The location was great! It took under 15 mins for us to walk to the many restaurants in the town centre and there was also a bus stop a 2 min walk from the apartment which allowed us to get to the main train station in only a few mins. The host was absolutely excellent! I had a series of questions and they were quick to answer all of them and also very accommodating throughout our stay and great at communicating with us. Would definitely recommend and even revisit myself. Thanks for a great stay! 🙌

Clean apartment

“A lovely base to explore La Spezia and the surrounding towns and villages.”

The apartment was fresh, modern and spacious and within good walking distance from the centre of La Spezia. Cristian and Eleanora were very helpful before, during and after our stay.

Good price per quality performance. Located in a location that is surrounded by different caterers, quite close to old town and shore, which were nice for walking. Breakfast had good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and very taste croissants.

The room is clean and nice. They have a self check-in system, web key to the building, apartment and room, but communication from Cristian and Eleonora was very friendly, fast and informative. Fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast takes place in the bakery across the street (you can buy whatever you want for the certain amount - pastry/savoury and coffe/drink). If you are going to Cinque Terre by train from the central station, bus station is across the street.

“Wonderful”

The location is close to the port and railway station. The station is at 30 minutes walking distance from the railway station. Very nice room, very modern and the room facilities are very good. On the other side of the road and at the entry in the building is a cafeteria where you can take the breakfast. Also very close it is a supermarket. In the port you can find many restaurants. A very convenient location. Check in and check out is fully automated. Good quality internet connection nnection.
