“An exceptional stay made memorable by a caring host”

We had a fantastic stay at Little House 5 Terre in La Spezia. The host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. We were welcomed with a generous selection of goodies, which even became our breakfast for the next five days! The apartment was spotless, modern, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. Its location is excellent, close to both the beach and the city centre, while still offering great value for money. What really stood out was the attention to small details. It's amazing how much of a difference those thoughtful touches can make, turning a good stay into a memorable one.

Everything was amazing! The place is spacious and has literally everything you need. Great attention to detail. Bed is comfortable, quality sheets too. Everything to cook is here! Wi-fi is great for remote work. The place is right next to the historical centre and only a 15-minute walk from the station. Thank you so much for the gifts. I stayed in so many apartments before, and this is one of the best ones I stayed in. I'd recommend your place for sure.

“The perfect appartment to visit Cinque Terre and/or the golf of La Spezia.”

The very spacious and luxurious appartment is perfectly located, in a bustling and cosy neighborhood. It also has a very cute terrace, the perfect size for a romantic breakfast, drink or diner. Both the trainstation and the harbor (ferry) are walking distance away. The modern appartment has two great separate AC units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, and an amazing rainfall shower. At arrival we were welcomed by the owners who showed us inside and even had a welcome package with breakfast and local specialities. They also showed us some great spots to sightsee and equally as good restaurants!

Beatrice and her son were so accommodating and helpful. They even gave a gift to my daughter. The place is clean, cozy, and homey. Truly a home away from home.

A very nice, clean apartment with all amenities, the location is extremely convenient, there are many different restaurants with delicious food nearby. I liked everything, I am delighted. The owners were very kind and friendly, they told us everything and welcomed us with delicious gifts and wine.

Inside the apartment exceeded our expectations, good size lounge / kitchen. The bedroom was good size as well. They very kindly left us a few goodies for our arrival, which came in handy as it meant we could eat in that first night rather than go out to find a restaurant in the pouring rain. The undercover market is just a 5 minute walk away.

The flat was very comfortable and the balcony made a huge difference. It was lovely to wake up in the morning have a bit of fresh air. It was very clean too. Bea and her son were amicable and supported with everything. I highly recommend this place.
