Superb location, 5mins walk from La Spezia train station and very close to the central. The hosts is friendly and helpful to ready the room by 12pm for early check in, also to provide luggage storage after check out. There is supermarket just downstairs which is suoer convenient! And ofcoz the elevator is definitely the best for travellers with big luggage. Will recommend this place.

“Hundred procent recommend”
The location was central - it was next to train station so it was very easy to get to Cinque Terre and back. It was a short walk away from many great restaurants and cafes where the prices were very good and the food even better. The host was very helpful and reacted quickly to any questions. The room was cute, clean and comfortable. For bigger people, the shower boot was quite narrow. The room had good AC. We recommend the place and would visit again.

The property it is just 3minute away of train station. Practic after you let the train station come down on the steps cross the street and you are in front of the property.Very easy to travel to Portofino,Rappalo,Cinque Terre. Supermarket next door.The city center of Spetia very close ,easy to reach the marina,park ,restaurants.The premisë was spotless clean.Very easy to go in to the apartment.The owner very helpful. A place to be recomand to friends.Perfect for a couple.

We came to La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre and Porto Venere, so we had to travel a lot by bus and train. The hotel is located just 2-3 minutes walk from the central station and the bus to Porto Venere just starts from the bus stop before the building. The city centre and the harbour are also really close to the hotel. The hotel itself is super clean, nice and the manager is really helpful. We’ve loved staying here! :)
