“Comfort, style, and tranquility in the heart of La Spezia”

We had a truly delightful stay, and I must begin by giving well-deserved praise to our amazing hosts. From the moment we booked, communication was seamless and pleasant. Although we stayed only two days, they were incredibly kind and shared helpful recommendations about places to visit and sights worth seeing. The apartment itself is stunning—brand new, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. It's filled with charming details that instantly make you feel at home. One of our favorite features was the private balcony, where we thoroughly enjoyed sipping our morning coffee in peace. Despite being located in the pedestrian zone at the heart of the city, the apartment is quiet and serene. Its location is ideal—perfectly nestled between the seaside and the train station. We took a day trip to the picturesque villages of Cinque Terre, which were absolutely lovely. But to our surprise, La Spezia itself turned out to be a hidden gem. We would love to return and stay in this wonderful apartment again.

Location, it the very center of la spezia. Well furnished and maintained apartment. Great hosts, meet us and helped with parking. Despite it was in historic center it was reachable by car, we parked in just 50 meters from the apartment. It was an old building but had elevator.

Cristina and Roberto were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. My dad accidentally slipped on the wet road on the way to the carpark after we’ve checked out and they were kind enough to get ice and bandaids for him. Great hospitality and superb stay.

Great apartment, with all amenities. Located on the main shopping street. 10 minutes walk from the station. Roberto and Kristina are lovely. They will help you with everything. I highly recommend the apartment.

We had a fantastic holiday in La Spezia! The flat is in the centre of the pedestrian zone on the top floor. All the rooms are air-conditioned and very well equipped. The terrace is protected by an awning. Simply perfect! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They take great care of everything in advance and are always on hand to give good tips. We needed medical assistance and they took care of everything. Many thanks to you both! La Spezia is perfect as a base for day trips! Cinque Terre by boat or train, Pisa, Florence or Genoa - the choice is huge. If you arrive by car, you will be provided with an underground car park. We recommend the accommodation and the town of La Spezia without reservation!

The apartment is beautiful. It was clean and spacious. It had everything we required. Our hosts were very nice. They went above and beyond what was expected. They had organised a cot and toys for our toddler. They helped us with our luggage and helped to park our car! Communication was excellent, and the location was perfect. You are halfway between the ferry port and train station, which provided great access to Cinque Terre. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. We would stay here again.

amaizing warm welcoming - super hosts ! apt is in a great location, 7m walk to marina and 7m walk to train station (chinqe terres). in the street you can find all resturants, services, coffee shops and supermarket. the Apt is so calm and beautiful and there is inside all equipment even for coocking (if you want :-)). there is a very cool terrace in the 2nd floor - take your morning coffee there (there is also a coffee machine in the Apt). The hosts are people lover and they are so kind and generious. also La Spezia the city was a good selection to take our Chinqe terres 1d tour.

It would be impossible to fault this property. Tasteful comfortable spacious well equipped good location spotlessly clean. Decor an interesting mix of modern and antique with interesting artworks. Little surprises kept happening that were so thoughtful and much appreciated. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
