Perfect location close to the train station and central La Spezia. The host was excellent, easy check in and great communication. Spacious room with everything we needed.

The best host. She was so nice and although the check in was at 12pm she let us leave our luggages there and take a bit of rest and get back again. The location was perfect too.

We loved the location — very close to both the train station and the city center, which made it perfect for our trip to Cinque Terre. We mainly stayed there to sleep, and it was incredibly convenient. Marina, the host, was absolutely lovely. She waited for us, warmly welcomed us, and took the time to show us everything in the room. She also kindly provided coffee, tea, juice, bottled water, and snacks — such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We were even able to leave our luggage there after check-out and pick it up later in the afternoon, which was really helpful.

Everything was perfect! Location is great, just 3 minutes walk distance from the central station. No breakfast option, but fresh croissants and coffee in the room is more than enough. Host is super cute and friendly! Thank you for this short but unforgettable stay😊

The room was really big, very well clean and equiped. The street was quiet so no noise at night. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Location is super close to La Spezia Train Station which is super convenient to visit Cinque Terre
