Very spacious, clean, good location, parking near by (paid, we didnt fit in the garage), toys for kids. Very welcoming host, explained everything in great detail.

“A spacious apartment suitable for a large family or a group of friends”

Friendly hosts, good communication, good location, 15 minutes walk from the port where the boats leave for the Cinque Terre. One free parking included, in the garage of a nearby building, other parking can be found on the street, in the area of the apartment. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, a high floor, but it has an elevator. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped with everything you need. The children really appreciated the various toys provided by the owner.

“Amazing stay in La Spezia”

The apartment was extremely well maintained, clean, with good light, and since we were traveling with kids, we really did appreciate all the toys/games the host had for them (e.g,. puzzles, books, etc.). The host was super helpful, always available for us, and even let us keep the luggage for a longer time after check out. Another extremely useful feature was the presence of an elevator (not always available in Europe).

The location is great, very close to the transportation and the host is very kind and helpful and he explains everything about La Spezia. The apartment is very big, the rooms are very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped, in case you decide to cook.

Fabulous property in a good location - handy to port and grocery store. Extremely well equipped apartment with everything you would want for an extended stay. We stayed with another couple- the bedrooms were large, 1 with an ensuite, the other with access to the main bathroom. Whilst we weren’t travelling with children, we could see that a family would also be well catered for. The bottle of champagne waiting in the fridge was a nice bonus.

Everything! Clean, well equipped, beds comfortable, good wifi, and great location to the ferry terminal to experience Cinque Terre via boat. Fabrizio the host is lovely and very helpful. We highly recommend this for families or groups.

Host Fabritius was excellent and very kind. Excellent triple and new Samsung aircon. Could not ask for more. Nine days all over Italy and this was one of the best stays! Trustful host in Italy; a seldom experience in Italy...
