Really welcoming host, great location adjacent to the main pedestrianised high street so very walkable to the train station despite the distance and also close to the marina and lots of restaurants. AC in bedrooms was invaluable during the heatwave.

The apartment suited all of our needs. The location was exceptional as it was so close to so many restaurants.

Location as amazing as with the host. Host was so friendly and helpful she went through everything with us. Apartment felt so comfy and homey. Even provided a breakfast starter pack for the stay. Wish we stayed longer. She even called a taxi for us the morning we left to the train station. She could not be more helpful.

“Comfortable La Spezia stay!”

We stayed four nights in this comfortable, well designed and 1 bedroom apartment in a terrific location on the edge of the pedestrian street in La Spezia’s old town. There are views of the old town and rooftops from all of the windows in the apartment. It’s just a short walk to the harbour, public transport and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearvby. There’s also a terrific Doro supermarket a couple of blocks away. The fourth floor apartment was accessible via a lift and it had a good bathroom, a comfortable double bedroom with flat screen TV, well equipped kitchen/dining room with TV, and living room with flat screen TV. The apartment has been fitted and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen was quite well-equipped with glassware, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, fridge/freezer, kettle, pod coffee machine, moka pot, gas cooktop, microwave, oven, kettle, and washing machine. There were even some basic breakfast supplies. The only thing missing were some wine glasses. The walls are a little thin and you can hear the neighbours at times – but this was not a problem for us. Daniella is a very professional host, and she has put a lot of thought and effort in compiling a booklet with detailed information about dining, shopping, transport and sightseeing options for La Spezia and the Cinque Terre region. This is a terrific option for an old town La Spezia stay!

Great spacious apartment, well equipped with everything we needed (except wine glasses). Location is great - lots of restaurants, shops, Cafes and a bakery is nearby.

“Clean, comfortable and well located apartment with lift in La Spezia!”

Our family had a lovely and comfortable stay! Air conditioning was great in both rooms and it was great to have a lift since I was travelling with seniors and lots of luggage. Location was convenient to the ferry/marina and the main street with many restaurants and shops! Train station was about 15 minutes walk with easy access to the Cinque Terre. Host was helpful and responsive!
