The location is really good, 7min to train stations, with supermarkets nearby and close to city center. The apartment was clean and with everything you need, and the host really nice and helpful

“Best apartment in amazing location!”

Great location, close to everything. The apartment also had everything we needed and it was all clearly labelled. We felt very at home here. Anna was lovely and she has very good attention to detail in regards to supplies for the beach, a very well equipped kitchen and there is even a sensor light at the washing line which was cool. Very comfy bed with extra pillows or blankets if needed. Plenty of toilet paper and body washes. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back here again!

Great location, heart of the city (near train station, near coffee, promenade,etc). The flat is cozy and well decorated with Cinque Terre theme. Kitchen has everything you need. Shower is amazing Bed is very comfortable. Host is extraordinary…I suggest to spend at least 30min with her to listen the best tips for your trip… she is better than ever touristic guide.

“Convenient & comfortable”

The apartment is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes to the harbour. On the day of our arrival we were caught in the train strike and Anna met us in the street at 10:30pm and walked us to the apartment. The apartment is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building but there are a few stairs from the street.

“Very nice place to stay”

Anna is very nice and friendly. She was waiting there for our coming for check-in. She also provided us much useful information, including resturants, supermarkets, and way to five lands. The location is very good and near the train station. It only take us about 3-5 min to the train station by walk. The equipments in the house is great. Especially, we can use the washing machine which is usful for us to do the laundry. Strongly recommoned to stay at IN Via Venti.

The apartment was well equipped, spacious, close to the train station and the city center. The owner very nice and very helpful. We highly recommend this place!

The host was great, had a hiccup with the washing machine and Anna came and sorted it out straight away. She was friendly and so easy to deal with. Bed was amazingly comfortable. The apartment was so close to the train station

“Lovely accommodation, excellent host”

The property is well located and instructions given from the train station were excellent but Anna, our host, also met us at the end of the road. The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Anna is very pleasant and gave us plenty of information about the local area and suggestions for places to eat. If you want to eat in the apartment there are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again when in La Spezia.
