Lovely and clean

Rich breakfast with plenty of options for different diets. The place is quiet and close to 5 terre and to reach by the local train or by car easily. Room was cleaned and with all the necessary furniture and space.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Always very helpful and informative. Parking space is plentiful and easy to use. The location of the hotel is sort of isolated but if you're travelling with a car, it's a good spot to visit nearby spots daily. Calm and quiet area if you're looking for some peace. A couple of decent restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the breakfast staff were great.

We had an amazing breakfast with a perfect combination of fruits and homemade pastries :). The location is wonderful, situated up the hill yet close to the center (note that car access is necessary). Parking is super easy and always available, right in front of the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing great advice for our visit to the Cinque Terre. They speak several languages. You wake up to the sound of birds singing—truly a great place to relax and disconnect.

The hotel is located on the hill, about 10 minutes drive from La Spezia and offers free on-site parking, which was - as I was traveling by car - an important factor. I've been traveling for about 30 years, and I have never met hotel staff being so kind, helpful and efficient as in this hotel. One night there was a soccer game in La Spezia, which I was not aware of, and all the restaurants in the town and close by were booked, even food delivery was extremely slow (about 1,5-2 hours waiting time). When it seemed that I will be left with no dinner that evening, the lady at the reception went above and beyond to help me find a place to eat, and she even offered to share her own dinner with me!!!!! 😍
