Staid there for two none continuous nights. And Giovanni was really accommodating so I could leave my bicycle and luggages while I was gone exploring the Cinque Terre. Very spacious and well located for a great deal. Highly recommend it.

I selected this place only because of the free parking indicated in the hotel description but there is no parking at all - only public street parking available for 0.75 Euro/1hr

Easy to enter

“Cheap but not cheerful”

Price is very reasonable. Location is perfect. Very close to ferry terminal or train station to get to Cinque terre and 5 minute walk to city centre. Europa car park is huge car park only minutes away from apartment, where we left our car when going on ferry to Cinque terre. Its very easy to find and owner communicated clealry to find the location.

Only one small room, a very small room for such a number of guest. There was no place to put an extra bed. Everything is very old, definitely in need of renovation. There is a sauna, but what is it for, becouse it is very stuffy? Also full of mosquitoes. The price does not match the quality

Clean and modern bathroom. Spacious room. Quiet place. When asked about city directions/ buses they were helpful.

If you prefer non conform and retro art based equipement it is a must see. And the recoomended restaurant on the corner is very godd price/value!

“Horrible, unsafe, not as advertised”

This was a terrible experience . The space is cramped and weird. There’s no natural light- you wake up in a cave. There’s one window in a blocked corner that isn’t sealed. After 3 nights we were completely bitten up by mosquitoes. There’s hundreds of bites, including bites on my face. The toilet seat is coming off the hinges. It’s hard to fit into the shower. There’s no air except for an old oscillating fan. What I’m assuming was a maintenance person unlocked the door and entered our room one morning, which really scared us as two young women. The decor is really strange. The towels and sheets provided were old and tattered - they didn’t even provide 2 full size towels. There’s no spa as indicated. A big let down for the price.

More like a Hostel than a hotel.

It was on a good location. The building was nice, the entertaining was smooth and easy. They replied and sand the information very quickly, but it was in Italian.

well we were moved into a different location due to some problems according to the host which was about 3,5km drive away from the center which we actually booked for. railway right beside the apartment which gets loud in the morning.

“Absolutely terrible”

The owner hanged up the phone when we called to get the info how to get in. He Never called back. If some other guest wouldn't have helped us to translate the info, we wouldn't have get in. The room was dark, old, weird and scary. And there was a huge amount of incenses which made a constant headache. I really wouldn't go back there ever even if I would get paid for it.
