“Great location”

The proximity to the train station, restaurants, and marina is great, and yet the B&B is located on a quiet street. The staff was very friendly and communicative, and the private garden outside very nice.

Be prepared of many stairs 😀 Air condition

We booked our stay through booking.com⁠� with breakfast included. Unfortunately, that was not really the case. During our stay, the B&B decided to change the way breakfast was served. The buffet was no longer available, and they only offered a croissant. Unfortunately, I cannot eat croissants every day (I only allow myself one a few times a year), so I asked if I could have bread with jam as an alternative. This was refused rather rudely, and I was told that I would have to pay extra for it. What happened to the breakfast I had already paid for with my reservation? Why was I expected to pay for it again? Changing a service during a guest’s stay is unfair to customers who have already paid in advance. It was clear that the B&B showed no consideration for the customer’s dietary needs. There was a significant discrepancy between the polite tone of the manager’s written messages and the way we were actually treated in person during breakfast.

Close to the centre of La Spezia, loads of space inside the room. There was a washing machine inside the bathroom to use if you needed to. Continental breakfast every morning and the towels were changed on a daily basis.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast may seem small but you have a good variety of options and staff is at your service at every moment. The hair dryer in our room was not working and when we told the employees they already had placed another unit in one of the drawers. They are very attentive to detail. Location was good, walking distance to Spezia Central. We stayed to visit Cinque Terre and location was perfect for us.

Location, easy host, good communication

The friendly staff, especially Delia, our personal assistant who was available all the time, who assisted us with places to visit, arranged early check-in and a breakfast basket the day we departed. It was comforting to know she is available if necessary. There is a small fridge in the room which is very nice and a coffee station. Very few places still have this facility.

The room was clean, quite small but had amazing view. The breakfast, served outside in the courtyard, was fantastic, really set us up for the day. There are no communal areas here, it is more 'rooms' than a hotel. All communication was through WhatsApp, very efficient and always a quick response. Check in was via code. Really good location, quiet, no noise at night (other than neighbours).

We like the location and coziness of the hotel. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was really rich.

Beautiful location for a stay of a few days in la Spezia. Communication is via WhatsApp, which takes some getting used to. But you are helped extremely friendly. In this case by Delia. Location in the middle of the city, good base for excursions. For breakfast we got a delicious croissant with a real cappuccino, there is also a choice to take everything from the buffet.
