“Nice stay”
It was in a good location, trains were not too loud. Included breakfast was simple, yet good. The room was very clean and serviced everyday. Staff were lovely.

“Perfect for a Cinque Terre visit- top service”
Great location, close to the city center and the train station – perfect starting point for visiting Cinque Terre. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. Parking was available nearby, which was very convenient. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent, with plenty of useful information provided ahead of time. Breakfast was served just two minutes from the room on a lovely terrace, creating a great atmosphere. On the first morning, when it rained, breakfast was even delivered in a bag directly to the room – a thoughtful touch.

“A gem of stay in Cinque Terre”
Excellent pre-arrival and arrival information management. Assignment of a personal assistant to facilitate communications with their guests is certainly a very nice touch. Our room was situated on a very quiet street which is very close to restaurants and La Spezia Centrale. Breakfast is delicious. Loved their chocolate croissant. Most of all, the staff members from their hospitality team to breakfast crew and cleaners were absolutely there to help and please their guests. Shall stay again for our next visit to Cinque Terre

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was in another hotel about 3mins up the road, and was everything you needed to set you up for the day. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The paid parking was needed as it's a very busy place with everyone jostling for any spaces. The hotel is a short 5min walk to the main train station, from which you can explore the cinque terre..

“Comfortable and convenient”
Great location, very comfortable and reasonably quiet, left windows open at night…. So ended up with a few mosquitos in the room, but not so bad. Alex was very attentive and responsive on WhatsApp. Very good accommodation, would stay again. A
