Very kind host, providing a lot of traveling tips. Walkable distance from train station. The property is close to shops and restaurants. Convenient to use as a base to visit Cinque Terre, lower cost and less crowded.

We, a family with twins, spent a wonderful and unforgettable time in la Spezia. The lovely host Roberta gave us the best tips on all points. She is incredibly helpful and helped us in a number of situations. Galleria 38 is very lovingly and modernly furnished and it is very, very clean, you feel like you are at home. And it is very central. Within walking distance to the parking garage, train station and harbor. We didn't even need our car. It was in the parking garage the whole time. Our twins wanted to stay with Roberta in la Spezia😃😃

The location was really good! Also the small room and bathroom were spic and span and the bed and pillows of high quality. Roberta was also an excellent host, giving us tips and tricks. She convinced us to go to Portovenere and I am very happy she did so!

Lovely accomodation with the kindest and most helpful host we've ever had! Roberta met us close to the train station and walked with us to the apartment, giving us many suggestions of places to visit, eat, have coffee, aperitivo and other information. She even suggested how to optimize our schedule, so that we can visit more places. The rooms are meticulously clean, the apartment is on the first floor of an old beautiful building, situated at a very charming little square in the center of La Spezia. Thank you, Roberta for making us feel welcome!

The location of the apartment was great. Just 15minutes to walk from the train station. It is really good place to stay and relax. Additionally, the room was very clean and well ordered. You can find everything you need. Everything was amazingly great about the apartment. However, the best thing related with this apartment is 'house holder'. She is the most wonderful host i have ever seen. She met with us at the train station and walked with us towards the apartment. At the end she helped us to carry our luggage to train station. She gave us tips and advises about the city. And each suggestion which I got from was perfect. In one word she is great. I highly recommend this place to you for your stay at La Spezia.

the property was like brand new, nice bedroom / bathroom style apartment with a little balcony to enjoy. great location, Roberta was an exceptional host and gave me some fantastic hints and tips for my days out. perfect base for checking out cinque terre. I couldn’t have dragged my case about all those little streets so I’m very glad I picked here as my base.

Roberta was the star of our stay. She came to meet us as La Spezia is very busy and walked us to the property which is in a fantastic location surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. Her knowledge is how to navigate the best bits of the Cinque Terre were invaluable. The room itself was a good size and clean and comfortable with a balcony too. Great communication throughout with restaurant recommendations which were very helpful. Definitely a memorable stay.
