Eva was a superb host. She provided daily breakfast treats and was a great source of knowledge about the area . Her place is the perfect base to explore the Cinque Terre and beyond.

Ambient was very cosy and made me feel Im home.. Great location and newly renovated rooms with all needs.. Eva is a great host who takes care of everything.. I highly recommend this place.

“The best possible stay in La Spezia”

We had a wonderful stay at Eva's apartment. It was very very clean, the bed was more than comfortable, and it was exceptionally well equipped. We appreciated a lot the attention to detail and the cookies Eva left for us each morning. The hosts were also very helpful, giving us valuable advice and providing quick answers and solutions to all questions. We also got great tips regarding nearby restaurants, where we had dinner and were more than pleased. The location was perfect. Everything we needed was within a walkable distance. The port was close, the central railway station was a short 5-7 minutes walk, and there were restaurants and shops only a few minutes away. It was truly a great stay and we'll be happy to return here, maybe next time also with our children. Many thanks to the hosts!

“Exceptional room!”

Interior design of the room was stunning and I have never stayed in a cleaner room!!! Eva was really helpful and accommodating. Everything about the room was exceptional and a lovely balcony to enjoy our complementary coffee and snacks provided. Great location close to the train station and to explore the rest of Cinque Terra. We very really impressed.

From the outset Eva was amazing. Her communication was excellent and she had the room ready before the normal check-in time. She was there on our arrival and explained everything in relation to the apartment and then proceeded to recommend things to do in the area. The apartment was serviced everyday and snacks/water replenished every day. the apartment was sptlessly clean and very convenient for accessing the station and the centre of La Spezia. we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Eva to anyone.

The property was spotlessly clean. A fantastic location in the heart of La Spezia and a short walk from the train station. Eva was a wonderful host and gave me tips on restaurants, where to go and how to get there. She popped by every day to ensure the room was spotless and snacks replenished. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful bathroom with plenty of hot water.Would highly recommend .

Very nice space! Big room that feels like a small apartment. Very clean, cleaning every day. Eva was a lovely host who helped out with different things and was very attentive and caring. Good place to explore the cinque terre from. And don’t miss Portovenere! A bit noisy with city noise, so if your sensitive to noise you can bring earplugs.

Eva was incredibly helpful with recommendations for restaurants in town and places to visit in the nearby Cinque Terre villages. The room was very clean and perfectly located near restaurants and the train station, which made it easy for us to explore Cinque Terre as well as travel to Florence and Pisa.

This place is simply perfect. As someone else wrote, this should be the standard for any room. Location is central, yet quiet. Room is well designed, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and pillows, amazing bathroom. Everything is well thought of – all kinds of tea, good coffee, water, cupcakes for breakfast, toiletries, even single-use toothbrushes with toothpaste. Eva is the best host ever! Super kind and sweet, gave us useful advice on transport, places to see, where to eat, etc. Managed to find us a parking spot right across from the building on a busy Saturday night too! Eva, we’re sipping tea from those cute mugs every day now. Thank you for everything, we’ll come back for sure!

The location is convenient to many attractions, and the balcony provided a lovely space for breakfast and relaxing evenings while enjoying the city views. The host is exceptionally kind and accommodating. Its proximity to the train station makes it easy to explore the surrounding villages during your visit.

Lovely comfortable room, easy to access, brilliant location close to town centre and train station. Room was serviced subtly and was spotless clean. Shower was lovely, balcony a very nice touch. Eva also kept us stocked up with water, hot drinks and snackies. If you are a couple doing cinque terre, i would look nowhere else for accommodation. Eva also recommended going to Porto Venere which was one of the highlights of our trip

We stayed for 4 nights. It was a new, very clean, aesthetic room with a beautiful balcony. Very close to via del Prione (restaurants, caffe & shops) and train station (500m). The owner was very kind and helpful. For sure 10/10!
