Amazing apartment with everything yould wish for including local food and treats. We had a great, thorough welcome from our host who gave us a lot of information about the area. It was within walking distance to the train station and the bus stop was very close to the apartment. The air-conditioning worked well in the heatwave we experienced. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended.

“Great place to stay to visit Cinque Terre with safe parking”

Our host was very friendly and welcoming. Despite not speaking English, we could communicate through gestures and otherwise via text messages. The flat is nicely arranged and greatly equipped with everything you might need and more. Everything worked well. Parking in front of the building looked safe. The walk to the railway station with frequent trains to Cinque Terre was about 15-20 min on foot through safe looking areas. We will stay here again if we come back to Cinque Terre.

Nicola was extremely helpful, and the apartment is super clean and well-equipped. It is conveniently located close to the station and shops. Perfect if you want to visit Cinque Terre.

Nicola was so friendly and helpful and we managed to understand each other even though neither of us spoke each other's language. Comfortable apartment with all the facilities. Parking outside, which Nicola secured for us.

Nicola is a generous host who bought local pasta and pesto for us to cook. It was a “home away from home” which allowed us to relax after a day out and about.

we had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! we were 3 person easily accommodate in Airbnb, The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect (15 mins walk from la spezia train station). The host Nicola was very communicative and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The attention to detail and the little touches made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Super clean, very well equipped and good sized apartment. Nicola meet us at the railway station and drove us to apartment. Very good with communication. Safe and quiet area. Pleasant view over hills and football pitches from balcony. Nicola left us pasta and pesto to make a meal and bottled water. About a 15/20 min walk to the railway station or buses. Super market is 10 min walk away. Very happy with apartment. Easy to get train to Cinque Terre.

The host was extremely helpful, we had a late check in with no problems. Apartment is amazing, really nicely decorated, with everything you need. The train station is easy to reach by foot. The host met us in front of the building, saving us a place for the car. There is a washing machine you can use, the host left food for dinner. Thank you so much!

The location was nice and safe. The host was really kind and picked us up at the train station. He showed us directions where to go, restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store. He had bought pasta and breakfast for us so it was really worth the price. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

The apartment has everything you could need. Very clean, beautiful vintage decoration, good neighborhood, Nicola, the host gave us an exceptional welcoming, leave us food, water, cookies, bread, mermelade, that was perfect four our stay.

The owner is lovely. He only speaks Italian, but somehow we understood. Very nice apartment where we could have everything we need. Easy and safe car parking.

Definitely recommend this lovely apartment if you are planning to visit Chinque tere. Apartment is very clean, comfortable, very well equipped. Breakfast awaited us in the fridge, parking spot in front of the building, and station for the Chinque tere only 10 minutes from the apartment. The host Nicola is very kind person, who explained to us everything how to get to the city center, to the station for Chinque tere, restaurants, a very helpful person.
