Centrally located close to he station. Plenty of food and shopping options around the corner in the Main Street of the town. Apartment catered for 12 people and was very comfortable.

The apartment is very spacious, providing more than enough room for up to 10 people. It has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, being close to the train station.

The apartment is big and spacious with well equiped kitchen and the location is great.

Large unit, close to train station and easy walk to restaurants and shopping in La Spezia. All the little extras were there like washing powder for washing machine. Aircon was great in the main living area. Large tv was also a bonus!

New Liberty is a very pleasant apartment in La Spezia, that is an easy walk from the train station. We were left clear instructions by the host to find the keys and had no major issues with the apartment. It fit two families (8 people) nicely, with four large bedrooms and an adequate living space. Towels were provided for each person, as well as some laundry liquid so we could use the washing machine to do some laundry. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials, but some complimentary tea/coffee would have be appreciated.

It was very convenient for the station and had everything we needed for a short stay. Theo who checked us in was very nice and showed us everything we needed. 4 good double bedrooms and we appreciated the washing machine and smart tv.

It was close to central station and easy to find. The number of bedrooms was good for our family. It was also close to restaurants and supermarket.

Everything was perfect

Great location. Good to have 2 separate bathrooms when sharing with a group if friends rather than an ensuit and a bathroom. Large living/dining areaots of crockery and cutlery and a dishwasher. Lift to its location on the first floor. Good wifi.

i have to move at night to other hotel since both of water and air heater are not workings during winter. Informed the owner and also tried to communicate but she ever replied any of my message through whatsapp. I was also surprised with the numbers of cockroaches appeared playing on the bed of the rooms.
