It was in the middle of the center. You can walk by everywhere in 5 mins. Train station, port etc. Fabio, the manager, was really great. There is no parking spot at the hotel but He shared a location where we can park our car for free and he was waiting for us on our arrival. The room was very clean and organized. Air condition is a plus on that hot weather. The room was not that big but the bed was really comfortable to rest. There is netflix on the tv which you can chill in the evenings.

“Couple visiting 5 terra”
We loved the accommodation; it had everything we needed to explore the surrounding area and relax in the spa upon returning. The room was exactly as described. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the train station and in the heart of Spietzia with all amenities nearby. Thank you to Fabio for his warm welcome and prompt service.

A very nice place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre. La Spezia is such a lovely and calm town as well. We had a big room and a beautiful balcony. The room was clean, and just perfect for our 3 days stay. Really recommend this to anyone going to La Spezia for a holiday. We definitely want to come back here.

“Amazing location in the heart of La Spezia!”
The location of this apartment was spot on! You're located on the main street of La Spezia where everything is at your fingertips - great food, markets, cafes and lots of shopping. The port is also a short walk away, making it the perfect location for culture travellers. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was big and it's very well blacked-out when the curtains are drawn. The host was super friendly and responsive, and the accomodation allows you to get breakfast from the bar down the street.

A really cozy and tidy room with a clean bathroom, big walk-in shower and hot water. The bed was actually comfortable and the noise wasn't that big of a deal compared to other places we rented in Italy. The area is a 7 min walk from the station and filed with terraces and international cuisine. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise

Fantastic location close to shops and eateries. 10 mins walk to train, and 15 mins walk to ferry. Free breakfast at nearby cafe was great and comfortable bed.

Perfect location in the heart of La Spezia: 5–6 minutes to both Centrale Stazione and the seaside. The building is on the pedestrian street with bars and restaurants right nearby. Keyless entry was great: code access for both the gate and the apartment door. The apartment is clean, bright and well-equipped for a comfortable stay and sightseeing. Comfy bed with small and large pillows, strong Wi-Fi, effective A/C. We loved the small terrace. The host was very kind and helpful, breakfast (2 minutes away) was fantastic with a huge selection (sandwiches, pastries, coffee, orange juice) - they even prepared gluten- and dairy-free options for me. Wholeheartedly recommended.
