“It was good”
The room was big but the bathroom was small and it was difficult to bend down in the shower to wash my legs! I’ve never experienced that anywhere before, ever.

Very centric location, close to the main shopping street and restaurants, close to the main train station to go to Cinque Terre. Good breakfast.There is a door at level 0 close opening to the main shopping street.

Wonderful staff in reception and in the breakfast room- female reception staffer extremely supportive and helpful when I needed to contact Booking.com via phone, plus she helped arrange a haircut appointment for me as I don’t speak Italian Good breakfast options, especially barista made coffee Access to barista made coffees 24/7 Comfy bed Plentiful number of pillows Spacious room Fridge provided which is handy Quiet, safe location

“Horrendous.”
Every time I book a room through booking.com it’s clear I am put in the worst room. I may use booking.com to look for properties, but I will not book through this provider. The room was at the end of a corridor next to a room where there was a party. The noise went on until 3am. The dare didn’t work, the bed was clearly in need of changing.
