We liked everything. It was perfect in every way. The hosts made us feel at home from the moment we met and the apartment was in the best area of La Spezia. We had public transportation a few blocks from us and all the best restaurants were under the apartment. We could see the park from the balcony and inside, the rooms, beds, living room and kitchen were all modern, clean and comfortable. I can’t say enough. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and Cinque Terre which was easy to get to by going on the train. The hosts communicated with us all the time and went out of their way to pick us up from the train station. Thank you so much, we really had a wonderful time.

Franci was a brilliant host, even picking us up from the train station in the rain! She sent me recommendations and itinerary plans so we could make the most of our stay in cinque terra. The apartment was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated with a washer and dryer. It felt like a home away from home the whole stay. The location is great, not far from the docks and in the heart of the old town, with fantastic shopping and restaurants only minutes away.

The location is excellent — there’s a grocery store and several lovely cafés just downstairs, and the port is only a short walk away. The host is incredibly kind, replies instantly, and even helped us make restaurant reservations. The apartment is cozy, fully equipped, and beautifully maintained. All the appliances are top-quality brands, including an Electrolux refrigerator, Bosch Series 8 washer-dryer, and Miele dishwasher. It truly felt like home — everything we needed was right there. Highly recommended!

Our experience was enhanced by the kindness and advice of our hosts. The apartment is incredibly convenient for the main pedestrianised streets with restaurants and shops. It is also very well situated for access to the ferry’s to Cinque Terre, the buses and the train station. The apartment feels very safe and quiet with double glazed windows for a quiet night’s sleep. The air conditioning was a prize at the end of a long day of touristing. It is a beautifully and tastefully refurbished period property with high ceilings, a beautiful new bathroom and a contemporary kitchen. We really enjoyed cooking here with produce from the local market. The beds were comfy and there was storage space for us to unpack. The addition of some simple provisions such as coffee pods, jams and toast was most appreciated too.

The apartment was absolutely stunning and was fully equipped with everything that made our stay exceptional. Francesca is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure we settled in as well as a list of places to eat/shop. We also had the luxury of being driven to the station with our luggage when we checked out.

Beautiful property, stunning interiors & perfectly cleaned. The location is excellent too, shops & restaurants right outside! Francesca is so kind, she was so welcoming - great communication & even collected us from the train station & took us to the apartment, she’s the best host you could hope for!

Apartment is nice, you can find all things you need for your first days (coffee, tea, washing liquits, shower gel and etc.). Air condition was working good.

Firstly the apartment is huge. Fast internet, beautiful kitchen amenities, stylish furniture, and amazing location right in the heart of La Spezia. The host has really thought of it all from board games, treats, amazing recommendations / local advice. The host picked us up from the train station and took us straight to the apartment. It was a favourite for us, for sure!
