The space was wenderful, good place to relax and enjoy La Spezia. Staff was very helpful. Wihthout even seeing them we are very grateful for their support and assistanse. The apartment has everything you need and very clean. Very much recommended.

“Perfect pretty apartment in a quiet location but a short walk to the centre of La Spezia”
This is a gorgeous little ground floor apartment. The owner has paid a lot of attention to detail and had lovely decoration and little touches every where. Great size bathroom with shower and great air conditioning. The owner is very very helpful and is available whenever you need anything

“good location, cleanliness, good communication, parking place, facilities”
clean, equipped kitchen, I had left by the owner including fried bread, jam and nutella, in addition to teas, coffee, oil or spices. 10 minutes' walk from the central train station to cinqueterre. I recommend the daylass for a day if you want to see them all. good communication with the owners. car parked in front of the building. the entrance right from the street. there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and another double bed on the stairs with open space. we received 3 towels each for use.

Francesca was very helpful and replied promptly to any assistance we needed over WhatsApp. We were also given a lift to the station as we were leaving which was super helpful! Location and house was perfect for our group

Great apartment. We used it as our base for walking on Cinque Terre. Apartment is an easy walking distance to and from the train station. A little bit further from the Ferries and main part of town but still only an easy 25 minute walk. The apartment had everything that we needed. Hosts were easy to communicate with and the keys were at a lock box on site.
