We can really recommend Casa Maluna accommodation. Hosts are super nice. They live in the house next to the apartment, and in case you have any questions or you need anything, they will support you immediately. The apartment is very clean, and the equipment inside is pretty new and high-quality, for sleeping is excellent as it is a quiet area. You also have free parking in the area, and we always managed to find parking place close by. Casa Maluna is a real family business, and they take this job seriously, you can tell by their behavior. We wish all the best to them, and we will come again.

This was truly the cleanest accommodation we've ever stayed in—and we travel a lot! Every corner of the apartment was spotless, fresh, and perfectly maintained. Everything felt brand new and was thoughtfully equipped, from the beautiful kitchenware to the modern appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher—all impeccably clean and ready to use. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Despite our very last-minute booking, they greeted us warmly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. They took time to show us around, shared valuable tips on local highlights, gave clear directions on how to get there, and even provided the train schedule to help us plan better. We truly enjoyed our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located home away from home.

“Highly recommended”

First and foremost the place was very clean. The landlords were very helpful and welcoming. They prepared all the information we needed to get around and even drove us to and from the restaurant we chose to have our evening meal at. We enjoyed our stay here very much, especially since it was super clean. The property has an AC, TV, a lovely bathroom, a new washing machine (washing pod provided), coffee machine, great coffee, fridge, large outdoor space, clothes horse, etc. ❤️ Close to cinque terre 😁 We will definitely return. Thanks alot. 🙏

what I liked about the maluna house was that everything was neat and clean the hostesses were very kind willing to help us from the first moment whatever we needed was there they are people like they are from your family

“Perfect & Excellent”

Giorgio and his wife were amazing hosts. They welcomed us with a smile, were very kind to answer all our questions, and were sincerely sympathetic to our children. The accommodation is extremely clean and suitable for a family of four. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and equipment for preparing meals. There are even USB sockets available for charging devices, which we did not have in so many apartments. Proximity to the train station (15 minutes walk) is an advantage if you want to go sightseeing (e.g. Cinque Terre)

“Perfect stay for a Cinque Terre trip!”

First of all, Giorgio and his wife are the sweetest. They welcomed us warmly and gave us information about what to do in the area. On a rainy day, they even offered to take us to a place nearby and pick us up if we needed it. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything but a kitchen (but there was a mini fridge that we could use). We were allowed to use the washing machine and the coffee machine, which were real life savers. The apartment is also really close to La Spezia Migliarina (train station), which is one stop away from La Spezia Centrale. If you are planning on going to Cinque Terre by train, taking the train from Migliarina is a luxury, since you will avoid the crowds at Centrale this way. All in all, staying at Casa Maluna was a real pleasure and, if given the chance, I would 100% book the apartment again. Totally recommended!

everything was so well organized, the elderly couple who checked us in did their best to make us comfortable and they were the sweetest! even if they didn't speak English - the location, facilities for the apartment were great

the accommodation is new, beautiful, clean and has everything you need and more. this is an apartment in a private building, you can park a car nearby. the owners are extremely nice people, they kindly treated us to a delicious dinner, because the check-in was late and there was nowhere to eat..highly recommended!
