Very friendly and kind hosts. Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything necessary to have a pleasant stay. The surrounding area is quite. The small garden that belongs to the apartment is great extra. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which is great for summer time. There is a car parking lot on the property. (With a bigger car it could get a little bit difficult.)

Superb location, an apartment at the ground floor of a villa, with a private garden. Must try the Da Pipeo pizza at 100 meters from the location, there is also a convenience store at a 5 mins walk.

Newly renovated and clean inside. Nice garden to chill in out the back. Good kitchen facilities.

The hosts were very friendly and provided very good recommendations about attractions to visit in the area or restaurants (language Italian or French). They were also very accomodating and offered to drive us to the train station. Great back garden with terrace and grass, very nice and calm. Location was good. Not right in the city center but good bus services.

Lovely and spacious apartment with a nice private garden. It had all the facilities one could need.

The property was nice, all was fairly new and more then enough space for the 2 of us. The hosts where lovely people that tried to help us wherever they could. There English wasn't perfect but we managed to communicate. Also a secured parking spot that was a bit small but the car was safe, this was important for us. There was also an adorable cat that is from the hosts that we could cuddle. Bonus points for us cat lovers! We really enjoyed our stay.

So nice place to stay in La Spezia! Only 20min walk/4min by bus, to the main train station. In the close neighborhood you can find some shops and the most important, the best pizzeria (Da Pipeo)! The owner of Casa Ines was really nice and more than helpful. He offered to pick us up from the train station at 00:30, when our train was 2h delayed - thank you once again!
