Casa Esmeralda is absolutely ideal for a stay in La Spezia. It is spacious with al the accommodation you need, including a lovely patio area. It is very tastefully furnished and is kept spotlessly clean by the host. It is close to the railway station and there is a good supermarket very close by. The host is delightful and very attentive .

The apartment is beautiful. Spacious and newly and excellently equipped. The owner is exceptional. They can reserve a private garage for you, which is otherwise a bit away from the apartment. There is a grocery store right next door. It is easy to get to the train station and the city center.

We loved Casa Esmeralda. It was nicely furnished, always clean, in a good location (near the train station so you could easily go to Cinque Terre, has a grocery nearby, and you could go to the shops and restaurants a walk away). It was modern, comfortable, allowed us to enjoy our holiday! The landlady was very helpful, gave us recommendations as well as regularly gave us with some nice treats (biscuits, apple juice, etc). She was also very approachable - She replied very quickly when we had questions. Thank you so much for a lovely stay in La Spezia.

This apartment is just perfect. So clean new and has a beautiful feel to it. 6 min from the train station so visiting Cinque Terre is just perfect. Grocery shop next door. 10mins walk to town where all the restaurants are. Look no further you wont be disappointed!! Book now!!!!

“Great rooms, helpful front staff”

The front desk staff were lovely! Upon arrival you get a map of Florence and they give you a rundown on the best bus routes and places to visit around town. There is also more detail in the little booklet they have for you in the room. A bit far away from the heart of Florence, but it is super close to a grocery store which is nice! Highlight of our room was the skylight in one of the bedrooms that you could open.

Esmeralda was a wonderful host who thought of everything. This was the best accommodation we stayed in our whole trip. It was very clean, with great air conditioning and quality linen. The bathrooms and showers were the best we’ve had all holiday. The terrace area was perfect of a night time. A 5 minute walk to the station and 15-20minute walk to the ferry area, a supermarket just a 20 second walk, it was well placed for everything we needed.

Very modern stylish, very comfortable beds, and very clean and to our surprise we even had our beds redone and place cleaned between our stay and restocked water and yummy snacks waiting for us, hotel style service. Our host Esmeralda went above and beyond with giving us lots of information, recommendations and even calling us a taxi. I highly recommend this place and so close to the train station.

“Fabulous Casa Esmeralda”

Esmeralda was a fantastic friendly host and made the stay at Casa Esmeralda a wonderful one. The apartment is neatly decorated, stylish touches throughout (beautiful bathroom) and the bed was super comfortable. I felt very safe inside the apartment and I liked how you can lock the door to the dressing room / bathroom / bedroom. A cute terrace to enjoy also.

The place was perfect, one of the best room I ever book. Very clean and Esmeralda was an awesome host too!
