The apartment was spacious and well equipped. It is about 25 minutes walk from the main station and close to the harbour. We were new to the area and found it ideal for exploring. The host allowed us to arrive late which was much appreciated.

It was the best accommodation we could imagine! In a wonderful city, in a frequented location towards the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici, in a quiet condominium, close to the beach, with very comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen (we missed a microwave, but it was not a necessity for us), we were amazed by the quiet air conditioning equipment , with a nice bathroom, family atmosphere, we would love to live there forever :-) Simona and Daniele welcomed us in an extremely friendly manner, helped us with our orientation, and gladly received our experience reports. We really hope to see them again! If we are in that area again, there is no question that we will try to stay here.

The apartement was very spacious and had every facility. I especially appreciated the lift and the balcony. La Spezia is an attractive city and a good base for exploring the area. The apartement is close to the bus routes.

“Spotlessly clean, very comfortable apartment in La Spezia”

Simona was a great host and her apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was spacious with a great kitchen. Washing and outside drying space, as well as a clothes airer were really useful for us. There were two tables to eat at, either in the kitchen or the living room. We used the sofa bed in the living room for our children (13 and 10) and they slept well on it. Air-conditioning in both the bedroom and living room was good. The location was great and the walk through La Spezia tor the station was good (loads of cafes and restaurants), or easy on a bus if with suitcases. Great for visits to the Cinque Terre and Portovenere. Simona was really helpful in her advance communications and we knew we could contact her easily during our stay if we needed to, which we didn't. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish it had been longer than three nights!

Very comfortable and quiet. AC is a plus. Well located. Just to have to walk down and find a coffee room. Simona gave us some nice tips for restaurants just around the corner and other place to visit around else than Le Cinque Terre. Would come back if we spend some times in La Spezia or to visit Le Cinque Terre. Roxanna was also welcoming us and was really reactive when we had an electric breakdown. Everything went smooth and nice at Casa di Ariel. Grazie Mille!

“A short family vacation full of experience”

The Location of the flat is very central, a few meters away from the bus station (Porta Rocca) that leads to the beautiful Lerici beaches. Basko Supermarket is also in the neighborhood to cover all of your needs if you want to cook at home. Simona and Roxana were so kind to reply all of our inquiries promptly. La Pia Centenaria, Dai Pescatore and Osteria all'Inferno dal 1905 should be definitely on your list for lunch or dinner. Lerici, Tellaro and Porto Venere are as equally interesting as the five villages (Cinque Terre), so don't omit them.

Spotless clean, really spacious apartment (two bedrooms), well equipped kitchen (kettle, tea, coffee, and everything for a good breakfast or dinner, even some cakes were waiting for us). Air conditioning worked effective. It was better than we expected. The whole apartment feels like home - we are thankful, Simona!

Very nice and with good light appartment. Great location. 15 minutes walk from the port, the train station, the main shopping area, etc. Simona was very welcoming and availble for any questions. Nice quiped kitchen. We would recommend to our friends.
