Lovely self contained apartment with a double room and private bathroom perfect for a couple a 5 minute walk from train station which has excellent connections to Pisa and Cinque Terre. Excellent communication from host.

“Very good value for money”
Тhe accommodation had provided many amenities such as disposable slippers, bath caps, coffee maker. There was complimentary water and coke :). Our pillows were comfortable :)

“Great place to stay in LA Spezia”
Clean, comfortable and a great location. Very close to the station, shops and restaurants. Our room was serviced daily. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very close to La Spezia Centrale (about 4 minute walk), in a quiet street. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Good communication with the host Giusy.

The best host in La Spezia. We had a bad experience at a hotel in La Spezia (don't book ever Lia Art) but our stay at the Appunti was absolutely perfect. The host is amazing and very very kind. 100% recommend. Perfectly clean. Easy access doesn't matter how late the arrival is

“A good place to stay”
It is a good place to stay in La Spezia, to visit Cinque terre and nearby. It is very close to central train station. Easy check in and easy to communicate with our host. Cleaning every day.

“Nice”
The property is very close to central station. It is a little bit far from center or port but it is a nice walk. The room was big but a little bit noise.
