“La Spezia stay”
Appartamento Elia is superb. It is very clean throughout. Veronica, the host has been super helpful right from the beginning. She is constantly making sure that our needs are met and that we are having a good time. The apartment is equipped with everything any guest will require while travelling. It's a home away from home. Furthermore, Veronica helps to welcome us with a bottle of wine and even give us a lift to the station when the weather is not favourable or roads a bit wet. The apartment is just less than 15 mins walk from Migliarina station. A great value for money and will book again if we return to Cinque Terre.

“Immaculate accommodation”
Beautiful property with absolutely everything you need. Immaculate condition and very helpful host. Loads of bus routes within 5 min walk take you to Central station within 20-30 mins.

“Great apartment with a personal touch”
We felt right at home being warmly welcomed by Veronica. All the facilities worked as expected. Nice apartment with new equipment. Everything was just great.

The apartment was clean and tidy. Our hosts were excellent and helpful with everything. They also sent us recommendations for restaurants, which were all excellent, from pizza to seafood. Highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in La Spezia. Wonderful people and excellent accommodation.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Everything was impeccably clean. The accommodation was charmingly and sweetly decorated, and we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift. The apartment is modernly equipped. The host is available 24/7 via WhatsApp for any needs. We received a warm welcome and will definitely return.

“A lovely clean, comfortable and modern apartment.”
Clean, modern and spacious apartment with high quality fittings. Host provided many pantry staples like coffee, olive oil, herbs, snacks and a bottle of wine. Host was very responsive to our messages and assisted with our queries and requests.
