It was decorated absolutely beautifully. The host was the most fantastic person ever. Couldn’t do more to help and obviously works tirelessly to make his guests happy. Gave us so much information for such a short stay including gluten free restaurant ideas, ferry time tables, and way more advice. If I could recommend anything about Italy, it would be to stay with this company! We booked silver and it was fab.

Convenient location and great value for money. The staff is always reachable and happy to assist with any requests. The photos accurately reflect the actual space. A perfect choice for a short-term stay, especially if you need easy access to the train station

Perfect location close to railway stadion. Street is noisy but it wasn't a problem for us. Very nice and helpful owner. Really nice breakfast in the nearby coffee.

The location of the property was excellent and Davide was so kind to meet me at the train station. He sent me a lot of information about the area which was really helpful.

The apartment was in a very convenient location near to the station. We were met by Davide, who was an excellent host who provided lots of useful information. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was comfortable and clean with Lots of little extras. Even though breakfast wasn’t included, we received a voucher to go to a little bakery near by for a free coffee and a discount on any other purchases which we very much appreciated. Overall it was an excellent choice to visit the Cinqueterre and everything else La Spezia has to offer. It’s a great town with plenty of shops and restaurants along with a fabulous marina. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was beautiful with many thoughtful and luxurious touches such as complementary Prosecco, snacks, water, and toiletries. Davide was an extremely kind and helpful host. The room was spotlessly clean and the accommodation is conveniently located right between the train station and pedestrian zone of the city centre. We only stayed for one night but were very happy with the room.

Top location - railway station on one side and pedestrian zone on another. Host provided secure parking for very reasonible price near room.

Everything was perfect. The unit is clean, and the bed and pillows are comfortable (there are 2 types of pillow- soft & hard). Davide is super kind and helpful. He picked us up at the train station and walked us back to the train station after we checked out. He also guided us where to go and how to go to the destination we want to go. Also, there is a breakfast cafe downstairs, which is super delicious. Introduced by Davide, too. Their pastries are so good, and the fresh orange juice is so refreshing. Remember to ask for ice for your orange juice if you want it cold. Highly recommended to stay here. It's so near to the train station (less than 5 mins walk). I'll definitely stay here again if I visit La spezia again. Oh, there's a laundry shop right opposite the Davide unit. You don't have to worry where to find the laundromat to wash your clothes ☺️ Thank you so much, Davide 😊 we hope to see you again.

“beautiful apartment & very well located”

it was very central to the city center of La Spezia with bars and restaurants. Also the train station (to go to cinque terre) was very close and accessible.

The location is great! It’s right across the train station so it’s an easy walk for those with luggages. The room is nice and clean. The best part was the host Davide. He was so helpful, giving us restaurant recommendations, help with directions and even walked us to the train station with our luggages.

Davide is so polite and kind to us everthing perfect. the location is on the main road and very closed to the centre and train station thanks for davide hospitality.

Property was easy to find and only 300m to the rail station. In the other direction were shops and restaurant’s ending at the port. The host was excellent and very informative to make sure we got the best out of our stay.

We loved how convenient this property was in regard to its position with La Spezia Centrale train station. We stayed for four nights and it was the perfect amount of time to stay in order to visit the Cinque Terre. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone wanting to stay close to the towns but not wanting to spend a fortune on accomodation.
