Great location, a short walking distance from the railway station, perfect for walking around or making day trips to the CT villages. Spacious room, very clean, a lot of attention to nice details, super comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom. Excellent host Rossella, so warm and welcoming.

Nice room, clean, near the train station. Rosela is a very kind person. The breakfast served at Pasticceria Silvana was good, in italian style (croissant and capuccino). We recommend!

The owner Rosella was very sweet and attentive to every need and provided her personal touches which was so lovely. Went out of her way to be helpful. The accommodation was about 5-7 minute walk from train station and about 10 minute walk to the main square. A great Central location to Visiting Cinque Terre, Genoa, Pisa etc

An absolutely fantastic stay in La Spezia! The room were spotless and incredibly comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring the nearby historic Cinque Terre. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Helped us with everything we needed. Always available and easy to communicate with. Location was a perfect central location for traveling to Cinque Terre. Very close to train station. Room was clean, great shower and comfy bed

Rossella was the most fantastic host - great communication, easy access, located close to train station. The accommodation was impeccable with lots of Rosella's personal touches. Rossella even provided snacks and Netflix English was available.

“The Cats”
We loved our stay. It is close to the main train station for transport and only a short walk to the central tourist district.The rooms are lovely, very spacious and bright. The addition of TV in English plus tea and coffee was a plus.

“Excellent acccommodation close to railway station”
Lovely single room with en-suite bathroom. Very clean, secure, warm and comfortable. Rossella was a friendly, helpful and generous host. The patisserie next door was also perfect for a light breakfast with delicious pastries.
