The place is really special. Room was really nice looking, also the view. Parking was awaylable the whole day on the street. Staff was really nice, as asked, they bring us Breakfast to our room.

“Lovely but far from town centre, need taxi to accommodation. €12 on Saturday, €25 on Sunday!”
Apartment is part of a small complex up a steep winding hill of properties overlooking La Spezia town and port. Owner lives above but we had no contact during our stay Communicated through WhatsApp to get exact location. Needed taxi from station (€12) to accommodation as all uphill over 2 to 3km of a walk. Check in efficient. Tea coffee in communal area outside our room. Receptionist available via WhatsApp as leaves building at 7pm. She ordered pizza delivery to our room. Guy arrived quickly and had card machine to take payment. Food lovely and great value. We paid receptionist for bottle of wine in cash before she left. ( wine in room) plus bottle of water. View from room beautiful. Terrace outside if want to drink your wine with other guests. Ideal for solo travels and couples

Because of state strike we had late check in (very nice explained self check in). We asked for earlier check out and some earlier breakfast in case of earlier flight. So kind people. They even packed some additional food for us (nd make sandwiches). Thank you. Absolutely recommended

Just wow, the climb is worth it just for the view. Staff was extremely friendly, room was comfortable, and if the weather is good the real highlight is the big breakfast on the terrace.

Super cute Hotel! We loved it. By Car you are in about 2 min in the center from La Spezia. Everting was super clean, the Breakfast was delicious and everyone was really helpful and friendly. :) Next time again.

“Fabulous place”
Good place to stay. Fabulous views and very pleasant host. Room has had the air conditioner and the fridge. Breakfasts were ok, however, the menu was the same during the whole stay, maybe some different options of continental breakfast could be more pleasant.

“Wonderful place and lovely people. A must in La Spezia”
The room was like in the pictures, good size, cosy, modern and clean. All the comfort you can expect for a good stay + that incredible view (Sirocco room). Furthermore, the place and location are wonderful: spectacular view on the sea, the bay, the mountains and the city of La Spezia. But most of all, the staff, the owners and family are lovely and made me feel like being home. Also, they're available and very helpful in giving information to explore the city and the Cinque Terre. Last but not least, if you choose it you'll have a good and varied breakfast on one of the most spectacular terrace I've seen in two years travelling. Thank you, my stay has been special and I'll remember it.

Both Carina and I experienced one of the best stayings during our two weeks in Italy. A wonderful wiew over La Spezia and not to forget the breakfast which was a great starter every morning. Thanks a lot from Carina and Sven
