Valentina was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions both before and during our stay. The room was super clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent—close to the train station, bus connections, and the center of La Spezia, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything is perfect. Very clean room. Friendly stuff. Location is good, close to railway station. Earlier check-in is possible if you room is empty.

“Good value and breakfast down the road.”
The room and bathroom is modern and nice although quite small. A large suitcase is a problem. The room is one of five in what appears to be a converted apartment. Access to the room on the third floor is via stairs or a tiny elevator. Breakfast is in a cafe down the road, which was nice. Parking in the area is very difficult. Some pay spots exist if you’re lucky enough to get one while the rest is for residents with permits. We never met the host and only communicated via WhatsApp, but that worked fine.

The host was wonderful, providing us information and an iron when we requested one. The room was very clean and located in a perfect spot in La Spezia. Security entrance and lift and small balcony. Tea making facilities and a welcome bundle.
