A perfect spot for a short city break. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. The apartment was clean, with daily cleaning service. Communication with the host was excellent – she was incredibly helpful and shared great tips on what to see and do in the city. The location is also fantastic, just a short 5 min walk from the main train station.

I stayed one night at this apartment and I can freely say that it was one of the best experiences I have had. Initially, the host Matilda was very informative and ready to answer my questions and interests. The room was complete, comfortable bed, iron available, coffee and sweets (free). The location is very good, only 5 minutes from the train station. Everything went well, nothing was beyond expectations except the fact that it was better than we expected. Another important thing worth mentioning is that Matilda was truly a hardworking woman and worked very cleanly. Gonna visit again!

“Perfect place to stay to explore the Cinque Terre.”

Amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were on our honeymoon and she organised beautiful flower petals in a love heart on the bed leading from the entrance.

Rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and very well furnished, had nearly all the amenities we could want. Super close to train station, and a local supermarket just around the corner. Host is super lovely, helpful, and brings a nice personal touch to the stay.

The host of this accommodation, Matilda, is amazing. She is kind, enthusiastic and gives great advice. We were on our honeymoon and she left us such a sweet surprise. She also gave great tips for restaurants in the area. The apartment is super clean, the bed is comfortable, there’s enough space for your suitcase and clothes and the shower has great water pressure. The apartment is close to the train station for visits to cinque terre. We’ve really enjoyed our time here.

What a great Appartment just few minutes from La Spezia Train Station and main La Spezia atractions. We had a smooth stay and everything we addressed was promptly handled. Couldn't ask for more. Matilda was a great host and really looked after us. We made a couple of requests which she sorted out for us before we got to the room. She was helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat and made our stay really enjoyable. The place is a small walk to the station which was great especially with luggage. The room was clean and tidy, which was cleaned everyday we were there. The room was modern and up-to-date.

Lovely and helpful host. Beautiful and new suite and perfect distance from the train station of which we used a lot of. Many restaurants, bars and supermarkets in walking distance. Air conditioning in a great spot and room kept cool. Complementary water and Prosecco provided and seperate door between sink and toilet for two to use at once.
