I booked and fully paid for a double room, but upon arrival I was put into a single room. The justification was that I was traveling alone, completely unacceptable when a double room is being charged. Only after complaining for a long time was I given another room. However, it was heavily permeated with cigarette smoke. I was seriously told to simply air it out myself if it bothered me. I then spent hours in the cold with the door and window open, the smell was still clearly noticeable the next day. I did not feel welcome or treated with respect. Because of this experience, I ended my stay after just one night, even though I had booked two nights.

“Rustic and full of character.”
It may not be to everyone's taste but I LOVED its rustic charm. Very traditional interior. My room was HUGE! Double bed AND a single. I found the owners to be warm and friendly (BUT no English; so if you don't speak Spanish make sure you've Google translate!😂 The shower had plenty of hot water and the bathroom (shared) was large. Breakfast was laid out for you in the morning all ready.... yogurt, cereal, coffee/ tea, ham and cheese sandwich (which you put in the sandwich toaster,) carton of juice, a little packet of sweet biscuits. (No milk)

The hostess, or the lady that runs the facility was extremely nice. She had breakfast ready and it's a wonderful home with rooms. The bathroom was very clean, and hot water! Internet worked great. Way better and cheaper than the hostels in the area. I'm sure you'll love it. They don't speak English, but hey just use Google translate. They even do your laundry.
