El Arbol Eco Lodge is located in a green and exuberant oasis , full of palm trees and a variety of other trees and flowers, where lots of birds have a peaceful and undisturbed place to live. The beautiful beach of La Serena is only 0,8 km away , and the the historic city centre at a 20 minutes walk (1,5 km) This Eco-Hotel is close to supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and public transport. The rooms and cabins at Arbol Eco-Hotel have a cosy and natural decoration. The property provides parking and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy the wide gardens , sun terraces, hammocks, and BBQ areas. The Eco -Hotel also has a common kitchen fully equipped, and a living room with a fireplace. Rooms have bed linens, private bathrooms with toilettries and towels . “Not a great experience”
When I read the reviews and looked at the pictures provided by the hotel it's self I was very excited about my experience at an eco lodge as it looked like the type of experience that would stand out from the rest of the other properties around. The lodge sounded and looked welcoming with lots of big open spaces while providing a room with lots of light and clean, as for us the most important thing was to ensure we were staying in a clean room. The online communication had been very pleasant and efficient which led us to believe this would be the case once we arrived. Unfortunately, none of our expectations were met.

The area and the bungalows are really beautiful, cosy and green. It’s close to the beach.

“Little paradise”
Really nice quiet place, 15 min walk from the beach and some restaurants. Delicious breakfast can be taken on the terrace. Beautiful garden to relax in the hammock. Good instructions to check-in late

Lovely gardens and great cabin with privacy and outdoor furniture. Comfy beds. Fairly decent breakfast considering the price you pay. Sweet dogs!

“Good quality accommodation, set in a pretty garden. A great location if you have a car.”
A lovely garden with privacy and great cabins that had everything you needed. There was a heater, extra blankets and WiFi as well as cooker, fridge, kettle toaster etc.

everything is pretty nice, especially the garden and the common area, lovely details. the bed of our room was very comfy. the owner is very helpful and courteous, we arrived very late and she was waiting to welcome us. for us it was one of the best accommodations in Chile.

“Lovely place & garden but untrained dogs”
The garden is beautiful, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was quite close to both the beach, the city centre and a shopping centre (and the bus station). The hot water was consistent.

“Disappointing, waste of time: we almost missed our bus because of the wait!”
However, the place remains relatively quiet, close to the beach, the beds are comfortable and the cabins are well equipped.

It’s the third time we stayed here. I love the location- 10mins from the beach and beautiful grounds. The most comfortable beds and lovely staff.
