Very comfortable location, next to the beach, bakery accross the street, restaurants and take-aways in close proximity. Free parking, late check-in possible.

“Amazing stay at a calm yet well-connected place”

One-week stay with 3 people in a bungalow and we found our stay very comfortable. Staff is very friendly, the walk to the beach is extremely short through a back gate (though we liked Ermitage Beach better which is also still walking distance albeit somewhat further), nice pool (not deep anywhere). It's also in an excellent location with some nice restaurants close by and a bakery and a small supermarket literally just a few steps away (plus a major supermarket about a 10 minute walk or 1 stop by bus away). Bus stop is also just a few steps away and well-connected with four lines to all over the West of the island as well as St Denis and the airport and tickets and live schedules easily available through an app (a huge plus for us as we didn't have a car available). Also no issues with not having hot water or the mattresses not being comfortable which I had read in some other reviews. Would be happy to stay here again.

It was a very welcoming arrival. The location is very close to the beach. Climate in apartment was nice.

Spacious apartment with good access to shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach, which can be reached very easily through the apartment complex. Despite the fact that the accommodation is located in the city, the area is pleasantly quiet in the evenings.

Nice, clean villa near to the beach.

Great location, on the main road, on the other side of the property 100 m access to the beach. Across the street there are shops, a bakery, restaurants and fast foods. Well-equipped holiday house, with a terrace in front of the entrance, kitchenette, good air conditioning. Swimming pool on the premises, and parking. Very nice and helpful staff!

The location is great very close to the beautiful beach with some snorkeling. The terrace. The Swimming pool. Good restaurants, bakery, shops and bus station nearby.

“Nice apartments in a great location”

The location is excellent - there are a ton of restaurants and stores close by without being too busy with tourists. The staff is very nice. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the AC works great and quickly cools the room. The kitchenette is stocked with everything you need.

Lovely gated hotel in a green garden area. The room was rather small but functional and cosy, with a well equipped kitchenette, a modern and spacious bath and a comfy bed! What else do you need? The pool is lovely as well but the best thing is probably the location - grab your towel and walk out the back: 2 min later you're right at the beach(bar) 🙂 merci pour tout! A bientot!

It's a very nice place, clean accommodation and well structured in terms of space. It is very well situated with lots of facilities in the vicinity: shops, restos, pharmacy, bakery. Very enjoyable for a leisure stay.

We loved everything about this place. Great place to stay a couple of days and tour around the island. We went whale swimming, hiking and snorkeling at the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the area. We would love to come back. The pool is really nice as well :)

“great to visit the beach”

location is great, about 100m from the beach. Once at the beach you are just a short walk away from other beach bars. We used this location to explore the area in the mornings and hit the beach in the afternoon. the house was clean and had basic ammenities.

Perfect location. Kind and helpful staff. Lady at reception found my credit card on the street in front and managed to bring it back to me the next day. The beach in front is lively and the beach bar had themed night during weekends.

The staff were extremely friendly and polite, spoke good English which was helpful!! The room was perfect for our needs. Very close to the sea, in the water whilst snorkeling we saw octopus, squid, many tropical fish and a hawksbill turtle. Highly recommend Ilet du Lagon.
