We had a really enjoyable holiday at Le Coin Tranquille. The property emanates charm and elegance. With beautiful furnishings and fittings. An inviting terrace and delightful view. A selection of restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance and positioned amidst a stunning view of the River Dordogne, this all encompassed a memorable and impressive vacation.

Was sent an email with directions to the property, which were spot on. On arrival we were met by John and Tina who made us feel at home straight away, Tina showed us around the property and gave us ideas for places to visit and eat during our stay. Breakfast was substantial and we spent the evening sat in the garden drinking a bottle of wine.

“Charming One-Night Getaway Cliffside”

Tina warmly welcomed us as soon as we arrived. The home itself was ideally located and within walking distance from everything, as well as part of the route of the hike we had anticipated to take, Les Chênes Verts. While we spent the majority of the little time we had exploring, the house itself was a delight and well equipped for a cozy stay.

The location and the property were both absolutely fantastic. Such a beautiful house with immaculate rooms and the most perfect terrace to sit and watch the sun go down. The owners are deligtful and were very attentive without ever being intrusive. The kitchen was equipped with evrything one could need and spotlessly clean as were the perfect bathrooms. A really peaceful location yet only minutes away from restaurants and cafes.

Beautifully presented property with very good facilities. The hosts were absolutely lovely, making sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. The property is in a stunning location just a stone’s throw from La Roque-Gageac with incredible views.
