The booking in arrangement was most unsatisfactory Very difficult to get a prompt response from the owner of the apartments. After a long journey this was not a promising start to our stay This happened on both occasions- when a second family member and partner joined our group and had booked to stay in the same property The staff member however who was sent each time with keys was very pleasant . Their procedures could be greatly improved Point to note No hairdryers in either apartment .
