The room was beautiful as well as the property. The owner was super responsive and it was easy to find the property(we walked from La Roche and it was quite hilly). The bed was super comfy etc. The bedroom has an authentic charm, I slept super well

Very spacious room, with big bed and shower. Easy check in with no direct interaction, and of course wonderful location just outside of la Roche. Points more for the parking spot.

I loved the location and the the beautiful old house, it was atmospheric and peaceful, beds were comfy and the shower was great.

We absolutely loved the charming character of this beautiful old house. The location is perfect, nestled in a very picturesque and quiet environment. It was also very convenient for exploring the nearby town of La Roche-en-Ardenne and the scenic surroundings.

Pretty house, nice room, lovely shower (especially when you're overheat due to cycling uphill via the gravel road). Walking/cycling distance from La Roche, where you can go for dinner. Owners are very friendly.

The owner only let us know that this property was overbooked and we couldn't have it, when we had already arrived and were waiting at the door, even though we had booked months in advance... Plenty of time to have notified us before arrival. The owner proposed an alternative room, which did not look like what we booked at all, so we refused it. The owner promised to immediately pay back our money, which we've had to pay in advance. We never met the owner in person, all communication went via messages on WhatsApp and the phone wasn't answered when we called. We're still waiting for that refund... Smells like a scammer...

The location was nearby ski areas in Belgium

we never visit the cottage as there was a problem and the owener moved us to another building that they had. The place was very simple as a sharing appartment. It was clean and close to the village center.

Communication with staff (Marvin) was good but could have been more effective. The hotel did not provide breakfast but offered vouchers for partner restaurants / bakerys nearby. This was communicated via E-Mail. When we arrived it turned out that the vouchers consisted only in a 10% discount on the normal price. If we had known this beforehand, we probably would have changed our booking.

Very comfortable bed and cosy room. Several messages were sent by the hosts to provide information and welcoming.

The lady that owns the place, the very well organised services, the shower (wow), the simplicity, the location, the outside lounge area. I would really recommend it.

My stay here was lovely!!!…the owner was very attentive and friendly. THE ROOM was beautiful…the shower…all…the breakfast was delicious, a lot of options. The breakfast at the city is very limited so better have breakfast at the B&B. Anyways, this place is beautiful!!
