Nobody at the reception at our arrival time Had to wait 45 min. In 40 degree weather booking should warn guests about this. Most tourists don't have a working phone when arriving at a hotel. Sometimes the receptionist lives miles away and may or may not answer the phone. This is the main reason I gave a low rating
