Location is great to start hiking, even in winter (enough prepared easy winter hiking trails). Location is at the end of a small village, quiet, nice. (Not for young party people looking for bars) Appartement is at the ground floor, really easy access without any stairs: only one step over the door threshold. Cosy and warm appartement (in summer perhaps cool because of the very thick walls). Everything is there in the kitchen to cook and so on. Very nice couch in living room to relax after outdoor activities. If you're not good with washing machines or German language be sure to ask how to wash when checking in. WiFi is great and fast enough for online video meetings and so on. TV has many channels, nice. Or bring your own Chromecast for music or Netflix. Recommended host and location.
