We wrote a mail to you already. No answer! The accommodation we booked on booking. com as per our reference is totally substandard. The room, kitchen and bathroom together is not 9 meters square. The stove did not work, but was fixed later . There is no shower just a hand held spray that does not work, there is only drops of warm water. We need to go to other places to take showers. The booking dot com confirmation includes a cleaning fee. This is unacceptable,. We wanted to cancel this booking. The situation was really unpleasant. We asked to response to our letter. I spoke already to other people about this things.
