“Nightmare experience”

“All inclusive: food poisoning, flies in your food, bad service & diarrhoea. Enjoy!”
the beach is 5*, the rest is at the hostel/2* level. All inclusive means: diarrhea worst than in the dirtiest places of India, flies in your food and drinks, mosquitoes while using internet at the reception, worst service (waiters never hear what you really ordered or that you don't need cleaning: they still try to offer it 3 times while you are sick in bed because they poisoned you), food poisoning, being kept 5h at the reception at the check in, no towels after the cleaning service, room flooding after you have a shower, bad smell in the room, same (bad) salad, pastry and fruit choices every day, sign "bean soup" never changes even if there's hot chocolate inside. The drinks are just water+sugar+artificial colouring. Entertainment team did a great job though!

As l said before it was a beautiful hotel, it actually reminded me of The Overlook in the movie The Shining. The staff were lovely and the food was magnificent.
