It's location among local people in a working town. No big hotels, lots of low key self catering with local shops and restaurants. Beaches with lifeguards used a lot by the locals and visitors. Very efficient bus service.

Really like location in Arguineguin. Our Sunny Day Deluxe apartment was perfect. Jose our host could not have been more helpful and yet again made us most welcome 😀.

“Relaxing stay in lovely apartment great location in Arguinegan”

Host was really helpful let us drop our bags early whilst the apartment was being cleaned.Apartment is in a great location overlooking the beach and there are plenty of good restaurants close by.Kitchen is well equipped plenty of towels in the bathroom plus ones for the sun loungers.Nice little touches like mini soap and body lotion .Lovely private balcony which had sun for most of the day plus shared sun terrace on roof.

Second floor spacious apartment had lovely balcony with excellent sea and yellow sand beach views about 50 m away. Apartment was clean and with excellent modern equipment- remote control fans - induction hobs, microwave, fitted oven. Decent fridge/freezer and lots of lighting options. All very well designed to be really comfortable as was bed with superb mattress and lovely reliable shower. Easy to contact very helpful host. Extra bonus of access to amazing top floor shared balcony with 270 degree views and well furnished. Also washing machine and drier downstairs available. Good secure inner and outer doors and useful entry phone system too. Perfectly convenient residential setting without being part of a busy resort yet moments from safe sea bathing and sheltered beach and within five minutes walk of shops and more than a dozen restaurants. Always found free street parking within a minute’s walk too. For the quality and location and facilities really good value - would highly recommend.

The appartement was very nice, inside everything was clean and nice. Everything was comfortable, the position of the flat was good in order to reach easily via car Puerto Rico, Puerto Mogan and other places in the south of the island and it was easy to reach the city center by foot and the seaside too.

The property was very clean, well located with plenty of amenities around, amazing views, well kept. Property provided all kitchen utensils, comfortable bed, flat screen TV, free wifi, towels clean bedding. We had the 3rd floor apartment which provided a great view of the ocean. Friendly neighbours. I have to add our host Jose was amazing easy to contact, and provided everything we needed when we needed it, we could ask for more. Throughout the whole property was very clean, roof terrace which provided a panoramic view across Arguineguín.
