One cannot have better and more attentive host. From the first moment, Franc makes you feel like you are visiting a friend – ready to help with suitcases, all the information needed and even sacrifice his day off if the guest might need something. The apartment (and the whole house) is recently renovated and furnished very tastefully, is spotlessly clean and nothing is missing (not even an oven if someone wants to bake something). The house has a great roof terrace to enjoy the sun and the views.

“Perfect Christmas break”

The location was in a quiet area, with close proximity to restaurants, shops and two beaches . It was lovely and clean and had everything you could need. The balcony was good sized and perfect for eating on or relaxing on the sun beds.The communication with Franc, who met us and explained everything was great, we felt very welcomed. Plenty of places to park a car but we found the buses cheap and reliable. The glass bottomed ferry was near by which we used as well. The area is perfect for a chilled relaxing break

the apartment was spotless and had everything you might need. There were cooking/washing faci;ities if required but I don't go away to do household chores! Everything finished to a high standard! Franc, the jovial host, was ever present and is a mine of information regarding the best restaurants etc. - speaks excellent English.

Well where to start, We booked Sunny Day as a one night stopover as our usual accomodation wasnt ready till the Saturday. So when we search on the internet and we seen Sunny Day it looked nice so we thought to book and we are so happy we did, Sunny Day far exceeded our expectations. Its rare these days to be surprised but Sunny day and especially Franc were absolutely amazing. Franc greeted us with a text message to make sure we arrived in Gran Caneria and to tell us that our room was all ready for us, this was at 10 in the morning, we was thinking we would have to wait to get into our accomodation but Franc was there ready for our arrival. When we arrived we was so leased with everything about Sunny Day, the host, the cleanliness, the location just everything about Sunny day was perfect. The appartment was beautiful and so clean, Looking out it was perfectly placed we honestly couldnt want for more and Franc couldnt do enough for us greeting us in the monrning with fresh pastry products/fruit everything we could want Franc had, perfect. . If I could give Sunny Day a 11 I would in a heart beat. if you want a place to stay in Gran Caneria then look no further, honestly you cant get any better and you will be so happy that you stayed here. I had a wonderful stay at this charming studio apartment. The place was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, cafes, and beaches just a short walk away. Franc, the host, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Gran Canaria!

We stayed at Franc's apartment for 5 days and we enjoyed it very much! Franc was a very helpful host and the first day gave us a lot of information about the apartment and the town of arguineguin. The apartment was recently refurbished and very clean. The highlight of this apartment was the Spectacular terrace with a 360° overview of the town and the ocean.

Recent two week stay at this apartment was excellent. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and our host Franc, who speaks excellent English, was very attentive, from meeting and greeting us to ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. Towels and bed linen changed on a regular basis and Franc even lent me a book to read when I had exhausted the four I had brought. Nothing was too much trouble. There is a washing machine here and the kitchen boasts a hob, oven and microwave. We really enjoyed the top roof terrace which was spacious and well equipped. Beaches and restaurants and tapas/ coffee bars all within a five minute walk. We liked the fact that we were in a little town rather than some of the huge tourist complexes nearby…. much more authentic.

Fresh, modern, good equipped and clean apartment. Big terrace with sunbeds, umbrella, and 3-sides sea view. Very kind and helpful staff. Towels changed after 5 days, which is unusual for apartments. It was also offered to change the bed linen, but we refused.

Really modern and clean apartment in a great location. All amenities are brand new and the apartment was as clean as it gets. The host Franc met us and let us in to the apartment and explained everything for us. He was really helpful and informative. The balcony/big terrace was great - sunny all day. There is everything you need, washing machine was a real bonus and much appreciated. We could see the beach and the sea from the balcony and a really short walk to everyhing. Parking was outside the building. From there is a short drive to other beautiful beaches and towns in the south of Gran Canaria.
